My type of work

My type of job I would like to do is a job that is shared between the administrative and the operational. I would like to link my two passions, which are finance and operations, by listening to clients and staff under my direction. I would like to have a job as manager of operations or manager of rooms. This type of work would allow me to combine my passions because I have budgets to make and to respect it, as well as organize schedules, and the management of teams. And I would also have an operational part in contact with customers and staff. I could implement some operational strategies to reduce or optimize costs.

My favorite work environment 

In order to work optimally, I need for me, a rather calm working environment but in an open space. I find closed spaces antisocial and it does not allow you to develop because you are always alone. The open spaces are open to meetings and discussions of work but also more personal discussion sometimes. You need to be careful to not get distracted!

I want to be know for ... 

In my work, I would like to be known for my dedication, motivation and daily work. If I can be known for that, I think I should have encouragement and congratulations and push myself towards excellence. Being known for your motivation and dedication shows your interest in what you do. That your work is your passion. I tend to say that it's important to have a lot of fun at work because in a typical day when you work, you spend more time at work and with your colleagues than with your family or friends having fun. The work is a pleasure, if it is a pleasure then you have to do to do it right and create a good working atmosphere for you and your colleagues around you to succeed together and that you are known for that but that you help also your colleagues to be known for that by motivating them in your passion.
