The linkedIn profile has many advantages because it is visible to all, can allow us to be identified by headhunters, and show the extent of our skills, knowledge and past and current experiences. However, the online profile does not allow us to differentiate ourselves from others because each person using linkedIn has the same "CV" in the design or writing of it. The traditional CV must be more personal, can allow us to stand out against other competitors. A good CV is a personalized resume to the job offer we are applying for. In my work, I would like to be known for my dedication, motivation and daily work. If I can be known for that, I think I should have encouragement and congratulations and push myself towards excellence. Being known for your motivation and dedication shows your interest in what you do. That your work is your passion. I tend to say that it's important to have a lot of fun at work because in a typical day when you work, you spend more time at work and with your colleagues than with your family or friends having fun. The work is a pleasure, if it is a pleasure then you have to do to do it right and create a good working atmosphere for you and your colleagues around you to succeed together and that you are known for that but that you help also your colleagues to be known for that by motivating them in your passion.
In order to work optimally, I need for me, a rather calm working environment but in an open space. I find closed spaces antisocial and it does not allow you to develop because you are always alone. The open spaces are open to meetings and discussions of work but also more personal sometimes. Be careful not to get distracted!
