HOTEL RENAISSANCE PARIS VENDÔME

This hotel need to post every week on different activities in the hotel but also on their staff to shows to the guest who's work there. To also post on the restaurant and bar. It need to be very visual on facebook with only one hashtag . They also need to post photos to show the different places of the hotel ans to show the atmosphere and convince people to book for the experience in Vendome.

Actually they only repost or retweet some messages from the restaurant and the bar of the hotel or messages from Marriott and other Renaissance in the world. They need to create more content, to show the personality of the hotel, to create a community to speak with them. It not be necessary visual, it could a text message or an audio. To create the community they need to create their unique image and not the image of the brand. This hotel is unique and the content and message from them need to be unique as well.

On Pinterest, they are really present with different categories posted by the hotel. But they do not have a community. They need to attract followers to be visible by potential guests or influencer to repost their pictures.
@LinkedIn :
The LinkedIn of the Hotel is only a HR tools. They post only job offers or activities of the staff.
They can use this social media to attract potential guest too. Today, everybody is on LinkedIn and follow some companies to may be work for them or just to be informed by what they do. I think you can create a community with followers may be not to book a room but to come to the restaurant or the bar, to show how the atmosphere of this hotel is cool and recreative. LinkedIn is not your staff and job offers but a page to show what you do and how you do it. It is important to use the tool differently of everybody to create a community.

You will find on Instagram the same pictures than in Facebook or Pinterest. It is not a unique content. You need to create specific contents for every media. To push your followers to follow you in every social media to have a maximum of followers and to create a community.
General recommendations :
I recommend at this hotel to create specific contents on every social media, to create different community and to have a specific way to "speak" with their followers on the different platforms.
Also, to use a unique profil picture to recognize them easily. They do not have the same name on every platforms. Sometimes is "renaissanceparisvendome", or "renaissancevendome", or "renvendome". It is difficult to know who are who and if it is the same hotel.
They also need to use a specific hashtag like :
#renaissancevendome #experiencevendome
With this hashtags you will be unique. To use the great localisation of the hotel in the hashtag to attract a large king of followers like the fashion guest, the visitors, the local people. Attract them to discover a place, an atmosphere and special bar and restaurant.
How to become shareable :
To become shareable you need to create content for. To attract and create a community around your posts and to have a similar interest between what you do and what the potential are interest for. To create a community, you need to target which people you want to follow you. For the renaissance Paris Vendôme we have the example of the fashion people. With his unique localisation, this hotel wants to attract this kind of visitors. For that, they need to create a community around the fashion. First of all, with specific content about fashion, some people going to follow your account. If they like different post of you, they will like what you do and comment if they find an interest in what you tell.
